Q: What's the refund policy if I change my mind after accepting items?
A: Request a refund within 3 days via DM or lemailloteg@gmail.com. Money refunded via bank/InstaPay/wallet after item inspection and takes 14 days to be refunded. Online payment are refunded with 3% deduction for online payment fees.
