Shipping Terms

Shipping takes 3-4 working days within Cairo & Giza governorates and up to 7 working days for other governorates. Opening shipments is not allowed, and all orders must be fully paid upon receipt.

Exchange and Refund Process

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.

If you prefer to exchange in person, email us at ex.refunds@gmail.com and pick up your desired item from our showroom in 1st Settlement.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchange

Items on sale or purchased during promotions are not eligible for exchange or refunds. Worn, washed, or damaged items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at ex.refunds@gmail.com within 3 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
